Your right to withdraw
Booking as a consumer? This notice applies to coworking bookings and passes bought through our website. Contractual cancellation terms do not restrict your statutory rights.
Your right and the deadline
- You may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. The day the contract is concluded is not counted. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Czech public holiday, the period ends on the next working day. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. If we fail to inform you properly, the period is extended under Section 1829(3) of the Czech Civil Code, by up to one year.

Starting the service and the effects of withdrawal
- We start providing the service before the withdrawal period ends only at your separate express request. Otherwise, choose a later booking; your pass starts after the withdrawal period, and no earlier than payment. You lose the right to withdraw only once the service has been fully provided, if you expressly requested an early start and were informed of this consequence beforehand. Payment or receiving an access code alone does not end your right.
- If you withdraw after partial performance at your express request, you pay only a proportionate part of the agreed price for the service actually provided up to withdrawal, relative to the whole contract. For bookings this is the time provided; for a pass it is the entries actually provided, including any partial entry. Without your express request or the required information, we do not charge this amount. Contractual cancellation deductions do not apply to statutory withdrawal.
- We will reimburse the money received, taking account of any lawful proportionate charge, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, at no additional cost to you. Credit or a voucher can replace money only if you voluntarily choose it. No goods need to be returned and there are no return shipping costs.
